Hi my beauts!!!!
So...this blog has been a long time coming, but I'm glad I've finally gotten around to starting it...Yippee!
What better way to kick start the whole thing off than by talking about my latest shoe purchases!
I'm usually a big shoe buyer (some might say shoe-aholic and I won't argue lol) but I've recently decided to calm down just a bit, due to the fact that I need to save money and also lack of space in my house lol.
My latest shoe purchases were a pair of gorgeous heels from Miss Selfridge and a pair of flats for work from TK Maxx.
Remarkably, even though they were purchased at least 2 months apart and are completely different types of shoe...they're both very similar in description at first; Black, with a part suede and part leather look, and at least 1 buckle. Hmm, I've just only noticed this now...anyway, let's take a look shall we...
I actually strut around like a model down the runway when I walk in these. Yes! Now the world is truly my catwalk lol...and from £45 knocked down to £20 they're a great buy... God bless the sales!
They can be worn day or night and will jazz up any casual outfit. They go really well with a pair of skinnies or boyfriend jeans.
I find them extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and I feel quite stable walking around in them. It's quite refreshing to find a cute pair of heels that look good and I don't wobble about in for once...Yay!
NEXT...
The upper and inner of the shoes are leather, whereas the sole is synthetic. (This pair are actually real leather ha!)
They have a mock croc trim which really makes them stand out and I've always been a fan of the twin buckle fastened straps on men's monk shoes so to see these ones for women... I just had to grab them!
I mainly got these to replace my burgundy oxfords which were starting to get terribly worn out with my constant wear Monday to Friday. I can wear them with a pair of slim fit trousers, with a skirt or even a dress (with tights of course lol).
I'm just glad to add them to my shoe collection.
I purchased these beauties for the lovely price of £39.99...Woo hoo!
Well that's all from me today. My next post (next week) will be about my recent makeup haul...ELF UK have been having a serious clearance sale so of course I had to make a few purchases...heehee.
Let me know what you think of my purchases...
Later my beauts xox
